Sausage Egg Boats Recipe


  • Breakfast Sausage: 6 sausages
  • Eggs: 4
  • Black pepper powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Cream: 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese: ½ cup, grated
  • Parmesan cheese: ½ cup, grated
  • Red bell pepper: ½ cup, finely diced
  • Green onion: ½ cup, finely chopped
  • French bread: 1 loaf


  1. Prepare the Sausages: Thaw Breakfast Sausages according to the instructions on the package, then dice them.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the eggs, black pepper powder, salt, cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green onion, and diced breakfast sausages.
  3. Prepare the Bread: Take the French bread and scoop out the top to create a bread boat.
  4. Assemble and Bake: Fill the bread boat with the egg and sausage mixture. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve: Serve fresh for breakfast or tea.
