Meta has unveiled their latest iteration of smart eyewear, titled “Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses.” These glasses mark a substantial leap forward from the first generation, introducing pioneering features previously unseen in the realm of smart eyewear. Let’s delve deeper into what they bring to the table.

The Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses shine with their ground-breaking ability to live-stream video directly to Instagram and Facebook. This feature opens up exciting possibilities for content creators and social media enthusiasts.

These smart glasses are equipped with a 12MP ultra-wide camera, purpose-built for this task, capable of recording 1080p videos for up to 60 seconds. They also feature an external white courtesy light that signals when recording is in progress.

Boasting 32GB of internal storage, they can store approximately 500 photos and 100 30-second videos. All the content you capture effortlessly syncs through the Meta View app, simplifying sharing across various platforms.

These smart glasses run on a Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor and boast an IPX4 water-resistance rating, making them capable of withstanding light water splashes.

Meta has also made substantial audio enhancements in the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses. The latest version boasts a 50% increase in volume compared to the previous model, delivering clearer sound with richer bass tones. Additionally, they’ve introduced directional audio, minimizing sound leakage and offering a more immersive listening experience.
